I asked for a refund over a week ago and have not received it. Please help

Hi, I can see this was sent as two partial refunds that totaled the whole amount. Can you please check in with your bank to see if they are still routing? We can provide ARNs if needed.

Also — as we mentioned a few days ago, the routing process can take several business days. So you may just need to be patient, but, you can also check with your bank to see if they can spot them.
