  I got charged for an unexpected expense, with no email notification or anything. I would like it refunded or an explanation for what the charge is for

  Hi @nicobattaglia94, I don’t see charges on this account, but we do have a secure form at https://wpchrg.com that will let you find the reason for a charge, and contact billing directly if you need a refund or have more questions.

  
  @John, if you see the tag wpcomhelp, it means this person was routed to free support, so they likely have a charge under another account. Hoping that helps a bit!
