Charge on my credit card

    All my sites say free but today I have been charged 114 for a domain that I don’t remember or use. It is so very confusing! What can I do?

    There is nothing happy about your site, it is an awful nightmare!
    I have not received any explanation of WHY you have charged my credit card for $114. Please give me a phone number where I can call you or an email! Can you spend some money on a decent customer service??

    Hi there,

    We replied to you via email on 12 February. Please reply to us there and provide the payment info we asked for so we can look up what site this is for. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder, and also the Updates and Social folders in Gmail.

    $114 would be for the renewal of a Premium Plan and domain in a different account, as the account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us.
