Please note to get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan within 30 days of purchase and domain registration with 48 hours of purchase.
Please follow the below steps to cancel a plan & refund:
1. Go to Manage Purchases page – https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
2. Click Cancel and Refund.
3. A confirmation page will appear, select the Cancel Domain and Refund button to proceed.
4. To complete the cancellation, click the Yes, Cancel Now
For a domain cancellation, you will be asked to choose a reason for cancellation, and to confirm that you may lose the domain forever upon cancellation. Be sure to check the box before clicking Cancel DomainYou will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
