Charge on my credit card for a service already canceled…?

I purchased Video Press on Feb. 17, and 10 GB on Feb. 18 having tried to use the video press w/o success added the extra 10 GB, still not being able to manipulate the add ons I then hit the cancel and refund buttons also on Feb. 18th. My card however was charged, and I contacted Chase w/ whom I have my card they issued a dispute on the charge, to cancel the initial puchase. Seeing that I had 30 days to cancel I wanted to notify you again that this purchase has been canceled, originally on Feb. 18, 2012 and again today March 12, 2012 with this contact if for some reason it did not go through on the 18th of Feb. I assume the credit card company dispute claims will contact you as well. Thanks

I don’t see any record of a refund request for your VideoPress or Space Upgrade purchases.
