charge per upload

    i have a blog. i invite all writers to upload their stories and poems on this blog. but I want to charge them 5.00 per upload. is this possible and how is it done? I’m willing to pay monthly service fee for this add-on.

    Hi there!

    Something like this wouldn’t be possible on the Free or Starter plans as it would likely need a plugin (either one that exists already on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory or a paid plugin from a third-party developer). Only the WordPress Pro plan would allow you to use plugins, but we don’t offer monthly pricing at this time.

    Regarding how it’s done, that’s not something we can advise with. Instead, I’d recommend searching the plugin directory linked above to see if a solution already exists. If not, you would likely need to hire a developer to create this functionality for you since this would be beyond the scope of support that we can provide at WordPress.com.
