Charge Reversal Help

  I didn’t check my e-mail in time to learn that WordPress was going to automatically charge me an $18 renewal fee. It was just yesterday that it was charged. Now I can’t find out how to get in contact with anyone to get the charge reversed.

  It says they can be reversed within 48 hours. When I go to the My Domains section it says it isn’t eligible for refund because it was purchased 11 months ago.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, and also request a refund and disable auto-renew there.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Hi there!

  It looks like the renewal has already been voided. If you see the charge on your bank statement, it should go away within a week. Some banks take a little longer to update this than others.

  Your domain will now expire on March 8, 2015.
