Charge to my account, but no upgrade received

I went to pay for the premium subscription of $99.00, and entered all of my billing information and clicked submit. It said processing and then completing payment, and then gave me an error saying there was a problem on your end of some sort. The charge is showing up on my bank statement (still pending though) and my account is still on the free plan. Can I have this charge removed please?

Thank you but I had actually wanted the charge removed and subscription cancelled. Is there any way you could do this and notify me when it is done? Thanks
