Charge to WordPress not associated with my account

  I was charged by wordpress, but the charge that posted is not associated with my account. I need a way to talk to an actual person about where they received my billing information. Because I do have an account, my credit card will not cancel the charge or stop auto-payments.

  We haven’t received a response from you in the previous thread you posted.

  We don’t see any recent charges on your WordPress.com account, which means you have a different WordPress.com account. Please use the form on this page to locate the charge on our end: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  You’ll find the option to contact us via email after filling out the form on that page. Please do that, and one of us from the billing team will get back to you via email.
