Chargeback?

    Hi, I’m trying to delete my site but I was told I have an outstanding chargeback fee to pay? I haven’t used the site since 2013 and have never processed transactions with it. How can I get this resolved?

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you may have contested (with your credit card company) a renewal charge on your account with us, which is what resulted in the “chargeback” against us.

    However, so much time has passed that I see no further details of the transaction. With this in mind I have removed the hold on your site, and you are free to delete it by following the steps here:
