    I’m trying to enable my ability to post again. My purchase for a premium membership was reported as fraud but I then got the cardholder to allow the payment to go through Will I still have to pay the 20$ fee? And if I can provide proof of the charge going through can I get my account reinstated earlier than 80 days?

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? Which upgrade was purchased?

    I’ve heard back from our payments team. The chargeback was closed in your favour before it was withdrawn, so PayPal has already started the process of refunding you. You should receive their refund soon.

    To reactivate your site you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee on the checkout page, and then you’ll need to add Premium to your site again.
