  My client paid the chargeback fee on her domain mapping/renewal. Is it still possible to reclaim the domain?

  Hi gretchenlouise,

  Can you please specify which domain you have an issue with?

  I checked gretchenlouise.com and it is valid until 2018-06-22.

  I wasn’t sure what information I was supposed to provide in this public forum. It’s lastresortrv.com. It charged to my client’s credit card but she didn’t see anything on the charge about WordPress and cancelled the charge. We’ve paid the chargeback and would like to reclaim the domain, if at all possible.

  And I’m sorry–I’m not sure why it said “the blog I need help with is gretchenlouise.com” because it never gave me the option to choose a blog when posting the support question. It’s lastresortrv.com. Thank you!
