  I was recently charged the annual fee, for this website, which I made for a client, I disputed it via PayPal, but since we’ve reached an agreement with the owners of the business, so I cancelled the investigation and it’s added a £17 fine onto the account! how can I have this fine cancelled?, considering all I’ve done is clicked a button. it’s ridiculous.
