  Hello,

  I saw the charge made by wordpress, but did not realize it was my account, I also didnt think I signed up for automatic payments. And always funny about automatics payments that I’m not familiar with. So I denied charges until I could confirm, it also wasnt in my blog name 1girl1globe. I want to renew my subscription, but what do I do with the charge back? And can I get that refunded to me upon updating my subscription.

  Hi Gina –

  You need to remove the chargeback by calling your financial party. Once that happens it will show up pretty instantaneously on our end. Let me know when you’ve been in touch with them and I can help you with the renewal.
