  Hi there,

  You have issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention and are not intended as a means of obtaining a refund or cancelling a billing agreement or subscription.

  If you do that, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback.

  If the dispute was made in error, please try to cancel it with PayPal. Until it is cancelled, there is nothing we can do from our side.
