Chargeback fine

When opening this account I paid for 1 year on the premium plan. I have not used this account for a while and did not intend on extending this for another year, no contact was made to myself before taking payment for another year on the plan straight out of my account. This is unacceptable and it is appalling from such a well established company that you would take the payment without informing me first. I would like to be refunded for this and will definitely not be paying the chargeback fine, this account will be closed once I’ve received the refund.

Hi –
Multiple emails are sent before an auto renew payment is due. They are delivered to the email address connected to your account. I’m guessing that you were not checking the email address on the account.
When a payment dispute is created those upgrades are removed from the account. You can call your financial partner and ask them to cancel the dispute. If it has already been processed you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee that you see in your dashboard. Once that payment is made we can reinstate your upgrades.
