Dear Madam, Sir,
I subscribed to a 300 USD and cancelled within the next 48 hours after the purchase.
Your policy states that a reimbursement has to take place. The problem is that there is a notification of ‘chargeback fine’ of 15 USD, which doesn’t exist in your refund policy at WordPress.
Could you please assist me and remove the ‘chargeback fine’?

Hi there,
It appears that you filed a chargeback with your bank against us, instead of contacting us for a refund. When you file a chargeback against us you are accusing us of fraud, which causes the funds to be frozen. You can read more here:
