Chargebee Plugin

  We cant activate the Chargebee plugin. We asked CB for support but they only give us instructions on installing. We are able to do that, we’re just unable to activate as yhe plugin as it requires us to get gravity forms first which is another subscription cost. Chargebee support said theyre not sure why it asks for the GF. Pls help..

  Hi there,

  Your site isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source version of WordPress, made by the community on WordPress.org. They provide support for that version in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  But that community has no control over any plugins you install on your site. Plugins are all made by private individuals and companies, and only the people who make the Chargebee plugin has control over how their plugin works, for example, which makes them the only people who can help you with this.

  If they’re unwilling or unable to help you with this issue, then my advice is to use a different plugin, made by someone who is able to support their own product :)
