Charged $121? On MARCH 1ST

    I got charged $121 today (March 1). Why was I charged a renewal when I canceled it a long time ago? I would like to cancel my renewal and get a refund.

    I don’t see any charges on the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. This means the charges occurred on a different WordPress.com account.

    Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the transaction details on the form to see details about the charge. After entering the transaction details, you’ll see a form to submit the charge details to us. Please use the form, and we’ll get back to you via email to help you with cancellation and refund.

    Please do not post the transaction details on this public forum.
