Perhaps you have more than one username account or you are not the person with the username account that purchased the original upgrade.
If you are logged in under the wrong username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before logging into it. Then check your Billing History page https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
If you are not the person with the username account that purchased the original domain mapping upgrade contact theme and tell them to act on this.
To manage purchases see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/ and here https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew
This maybe helpful too Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Have you tried using this resource?
To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged -
Hi –
It’s been nearly a year since any charge was made to this account. The last one was for the premium plan connected to transforme-tavie.com which was billed on 2017-03-10 .
