Charged $13 without authorization for an unknown 'service.' Why?

A $13 charge appears on my Discover card statement. Charge came from WordPress to Discover card through Paypal, yet Paypal has no record of it. I was out of the country on Oct. 31/Nov. 1 when this charge was made, had no Internet access, and did not authorize it. What is it for?

Did you purchase domain mapping for another blog registered under this username account?
Do you have another username account that you did that with?
If you did either of those then please provide all the details such as the URLs and be sure to be logged in under the username account that did the purchasing.
