I do see that you had a domain with us, but that was cancelled and refunded in Feb of last year (2022) but I see no charges for 2023.

Hi, I’ve just filled in the form all apart from the transaction Id as it’s not showing on the statement- it might be because it’s still pending, but no matches were showing up.
I suppose it could have been through a different login but all other accounts have been closed down by WordPress through my request.
what is my next step?
