Charged $399 for a service that was cancelled.

I have just been charged on the 9th of September to my credit card to the number of $399 for a service that according to one of your live chat agents (a year ago) had been cancelled. So it is frustrating to have to come here to request a refund and for you to please delete my account.

I have found out how to cancel and refund the service. It has stated that the refund will be processed in the following 7 days from now, so I will just keep an eye on that and see how it goes!

Your upgrades were set to auto renew which is why you were recently charged. I haven’t been able to find your previous support request, which means you may have contacted us from a different account to the one you are logged in to now.
Regardless of this I’ve double checked your account and just wanted to reassure you the plan has been cancelled in full and won’t renew next year. Any active upgrades would be displayed on this page:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
