Charged $48.00 – I don't have an account

I was charged $48.00 under Kendel Stiles-Schatz on 4-15-2021. On our charge card it states
Can you explain or credit back the $48.00.I should note, we had an account with Host Gator, however, we have since deleted this account.

I wrote several weeks ago requesting a credit for our website, ($48.00) as we no longer have an active website. In fact, we discontinued the site several months ago, but WordPress, nonetheless, billed us as part of the annual fees.
I have not heard back from anyone at WordPress on the status of that credit.
Can someone please follow back.

I’m not seeing any previous support conversations from this user account regarding a refund for safesolutionsllc. Could you have used a different user account to contact us?
I see that you have initiated a dispute with your financial institution. Once that happens we are frozen out of the refund process and must wait until the bank concludes it’s dispute process.
If you wish to cancel the dispute, we can process a refund for you ASAP. But otherwise, you will need to contact your bank for questions regarding timeline.

I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-05-24. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
