Charged £70

Hi I have been charged £70 by WordPress at around 15th-16th November. I believe this is to do with upgrading to premium although I cancelled as soon as I signed upto the free trial?

Hope it can be sorted, thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I haven’t blogged in 2 years. I turned off auto renewal. Still they charge me everytime in December? How do I get them to stop?

Okay. Thank you for your help. Just seems weird too met that my billing history says upcoming charges on Dec 14 2014 when I have turned off auto renewal a long time ago. I also feel they should make the cancellation prossess much easier, but maybe it’s just me who is confused.

@worldweathercams I’ve removed your WordPress.com Premium Plan and refunded the associated charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.

If you have any more questions regarding this transaction, let me know :-)

@jumpingpolarbear Your domain jumpingpolarbear.com will expire on 2015-01-09. You will not be charged.

If you’d like me to cancel your domain for you, I’d be happy to oblige.

Before I proceed, there are a few points I need to cover.

If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again, once canceled.

If you want to keep using your domain, but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/

Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, I will get started processing your transaction.

Thank you very much for the help. You can just delete it all because I will not be using the same domain or blog again. Thanks again :)

    @jumpingpolarbear

I’ve canceled your domain, as requested.

If you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:

Let us know if you have any more questions :-)
