charged £85 for premium service that I did not require

  Hi Folks,
  Hopefully some kind person can help. I’ve been checking my emails and noticed that WordPress took £85 out of my bank account for premium upgrade. I was not only ill at the time but had no idea that this was happening. When I have tried to contact WordPress there is no email support. How can they take £85 out of my account for something that I have not used??

  Contact WordPress.com Support

  I’ve refunded the charge associated with the WordPress.com Premium Plan. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
