Charged $99 from WPCHRG.COM, seemingly out of nowhere

  Trying to figure out how this $99 charge happened, when my plan is listed as free.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.

  How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

  Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  Thanks. I did submit the form.

  As for the “manage purchases” section, when I go there it shows me as not having any purchases.
