Charged Account

    Hi, I created this website last year for a final project for school. My professor told me this was supposed to be free but I still had to put a card on file. I just noticed that I was charged $114 when I created this website August 2020. Along with receiving a new card since then and this account says there is no payment method on file. I’ve attempted to delete this website I created multiple times and it is not allowing me.

    Hi there – I looked into your account with us and I don’t see that we’ve ever charged anything to you from WordPress.com.

    I did however look into the site you mentioned and I located what I believe is the charge you are referring to.

    What you will need to do next will require that you log into the site owner’s account. Is that something you are able to do?
