Charged account for a canceled account

There’s not a history of upgrades connected to the user account you have signed in with to post here in the forums. Please share the domain.

The domain I am referring to is tellyspeaks.com. A domain that I, to my knowledge, canceled and deleted. Perhaps I missed a step in the cancellation process.

This domain registration was renewed yesterday but it is connected to a different user account. Please sign in to the other account and post back here so I can process the refund and cancellation for you.
Or you can do it yourself by navigating to wordpress.com/me/purhcases/ once you are signed in to the correct account.
The last option is to reply directly to the email I’ve sent.

Perfect :) You can process the cancellation yourself by going to wordpress.com/me/account/ and cancel the upgrade. This will trigger a refund but if you drop a note back here I can double check that it was processed for you.
Alternatively, I can process it from my side.
I just want to confirm one last time that you do not have any plans for using the domain in the future? Once we cancel tellyspeaks.com it will become available to the public again and someone else will likely buy it and use it. Please confirm that you wish to cancel the domain and proceed. Thanks!

I apologize for such a late response. My MacBook crashed and I just got it back up and running. However, I am ready to confirm that I wish to cancel this domain and proceed with the refund.
