Charged after cancelling

    Hi there,

    I was charged after already cancelling my plan. I have an email saying the subscription expired on December 15th but a payment for £27.00 came out again.

    How do I get in touch with someone to get this refunded and resolved?

    Hey there @waqas8142 / Drew! I actually don’t see any charges on this account. Can you try logging out, then logging back in with the address that got renewal reminders? Then update us here.

    Or, you could also use the form at wpchrg.com to locate the most recent charge. Once you’ve found it, you’ll have the option to contact support directly with the right account information intact. Thank you in advance!
