Charged after Cancelling Premium

  I cancelled my premium subscription months ago , and still received the charge for it this morning. How can i fix this ? I have searched everyone for a phone number but there isn’t one!!!!

  We will need to know what site is connected to the account in question – OR share the username with us.

  The account that is being used here in the forum doesn’t have any history of upgrades or charges being made to it. This means that the charge you are looking for is connected to a different user account.

  The url is livinlifelikelogan.com. that’s the account that’s had premium connect but i discontinued it.

  To cancel the domain, livinlifelikelogan.com it can be done from the My Purchases page for the account which owns the upgrade.

  If you have lost access you may use the site https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to verify the transaction to request the domain be canelled.
