I was just charged for a premium account I unsubscribe d from over 6 months ago. Please help

There are not any active upgrades on the account you’ve contacted us from here. The charge did not come from this user account.

That domain is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here. We will need to hear from that user account to remove the upgrade and process the refund.
You can login to that account and post here. OR reply to the email that I’ve sent.

Each WordPress.com user account requires a unique email address. Did you receive the email that I sent?

No. To be honest, at the time I made this email I had more email accounts. I got rid of 2 or 3.
Can I call someone? This is not the easiest way to resolve this issue.

Hi there,
We do not offer phone support, and even if we did we would not be able to use that for account recovery, as account recovery requires an email reply from the address you used for the account.
However, I can also see that we were contacted two days ago from the correct email address for that account, and that the upgrades were cancelled, so it looks like you managed to figure out the correct email address for that account.
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
