Charged again

I cancelled my business plan, but see that I was charged again. I do not want to delete the website, but am asking that you please cancel by business account. I am a student and thought I would need the business plan, but I do not. I thought we were about to cancel within 30 days without being charged. But I see that I was charged TWICE. Please help. Thank you.

On what site were you charged for the business plan?
The account you’re using to post here has only ever been charged once, when you bought a new Business Plan from us on 29 December 2020. You cancelled that plan three days ago, on 6 January 2021, and we issued a full refund. You can see the receipts for both those transactions here:

There has been no other charges for the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here. If there’s an additional new charge on your credit card, it’s for an upgrade purchased under a different account.
If you definitely don’t have any sites under another account, and your statement is showing two different charges, please contact your bank/credit card company to ask about that, as that might be an error on their end. On our end I can confirm that we definitely did not charge you twice.
