charged and i didnt order a plan

    I was charged and never ordered a plan. What was this for. I havent used it and ive had it for over a year

    This charge must be under a different user account. There aren’t any charges or upgrades on the one you’ve used here to contact us.

    There should have been an emailed receipt notification sent out. In that, there’s a site mentioned. Can you tell me which site is mentioned in that email? That should be enough information to get you in to the right account.
