    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations,Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registration
    and Renewals is 48 hours.

    You can also cancel any of your upgrade by navigating to Manage Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases) and find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

    Thank you.

    It’s not actually part of an upgrade I think, I don’t have any listed upgrades. I cancelled a lot of things when I couldn’t understand wordpress or the hosting site I was with but I’ve just double checked my bank statement and they’ve charged me TWICE of £22 so that’s £44??? super confused and want a refund please

    Hi lanabester,

    I see what happened here — you originally purchased the Personal plan, then upgraded to the Premium plan and paid the difference between the two. The total cost was later refunded in two amounts but the domain portion of each plan (£22) was not. I’ve now refunded both £22 amounts and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but it’s worth noting that international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
