Charged but did not receive service

    I purchased the domain name finding – happiness.blog and I got charged $51 for the year for it. I have the email receipt and the bank statement to prove it but it never updated on my account so I am unable to talk to anybody at WordPress to discuss the issue. I would like a full refund since I lost out on almost 2 weeks of time trying to deal with this issue. I tried to go ask for a refund, but the issue is the payment does not show up in my account.

    This account you are posting from is only 7 days old. Perhaps you paid for the domain two weeks ago using a different account?
