charged but email says it didnt go through

    I was charged for my service and the transaction has cleared the bank account and I received an email saying the charge did not go through and I can’t access anything on my site

    Hi there,

    Are you referring to the charge back on 6/9 for the Premium Plan? I sent an email with a password reset link for you. Let me know if that works for you.

    I don’t seem to have gotten the email with a password reset link, but on 6/19/19 I got the following email.
