Charged but have no card details and no plan to cancel

When I go into ‘Manage Purchases’ > ‘Purchases’, there are no plans to cancel – I am only given the option to ‘Upgrade Now’, which I do not want to do. There is no option to cancel. Also, when I go to ‘Billing History’, it says that I have no saved cards to managed. Yet, yesterday I received a bill for a plan that I’m not able to cancel showing the last four numbers of my credit card!!!!!! What is going on?

The upgrades on your site were bought by the username account endcliffeadmin, who is the owner and the only admin user on your site. The username stevecoopland you’re using to post here is only and editor on the site, and not the owner of the upgrades.
