charged but no plan showed on my panel

    Hello, I seemed to click twice when upgrading my plan, but later on, one of which is cancelled successfully.

    Please find the details as below:

    1)The receipt ID: 89650766: NT$3,024 Charged
    2) The receipt ID: 89650879: NT$3,024 Charged
    3) The receipt ID: 89650923 :-NT$3,024 Charged

    Since I was charged, upon the receipt ID: 89650766, I am supposed to have WordPress Explore plan; however, it doesn’t work and it is not listed on the plan that I am able to use.

    Please help.

    Correct account: Yes
