Charged but not credited

  I paid for the Premium membership, was charged $51.42 on cc, yet site states I am using the Free plan and has no history of payment.

  Hi there, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? You should be able to log in with the email address that received a purchase receipt.
