Charged differently for monthly plan

  Hi, I have an account from many years ago. I am trying to use this account to create a new site using the monthly plan. Although I am based in the UK, every time when I tried to do so a different monthly price list appeared in a different currency. I have not found anywhere to change the price plan to display the prices in GBP yet. Please help!

  Hi there,

  1. I’ve tagged staff to view this thread, they are able to update the currency of your account to Sterling, so it’ll likely be updated within a few hours.

  2. Which plan are you referring to when you say “monthly plan”? There isn’t a monthly plan option on WordPress.com, plans are billed annually.

  Hi,

  Thank you very much! I will wait a few hours and try again.

  By “monthly plan”, I mean the options with monthly prices (£3/month, £7/m or £20/m). I understand that it will be billed annually. Sorry for the confusion!
