Charged for 14 day free trial. Why?

  I was charged for my premium account even after I had signed up for 14 days free trial. Why have I been charged?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you may have purchased the Premium bundle rather than starting the 14-day trial period. I went ahead and refunded your Premium bundle purchase. I left the Premium bundle and associated domain somuchpower.com on your account with an expiration date of 6/18/14 (two weeks from the purchase date). So, you have the two free weeks of the trial. If you would like to purchase the Premium bundle, you can do so from your Upgrades page here:

  If you don’t want to purchase the Premium bundle, it will automatically expire and be removed from your account after 6/18/14.
