I’ve been trying to get a refund for $99 for 2 weeks but I haven’t received the email to confirm.

I got charged on May 1, 2015 I tried going to upgrades and tried pressing on the cancel link but haven’t received any feedback or confirmation.

Do you intend to keep the domain URL and use it elsewhere?

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. yes this is for anniversary nail and spa. i’m keeping the domain name and trying to use the free plan not the premium plan. i tried going to dashboard >store>my upgrades and clicked the cancellation link. I got a popup that the plan was cancelled but never received an email confirmation or money back for the past 2 weeks. I’ve tried that a couple times too.

Hi @anniversarynailandspa: I’ve gone ahead to refund $99 to you for WordPress.com Premium. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on your statement. Your domain, anniversarynailandspa.com, has been left on your account as you purchased it separately to the plan.

I am having the same issue. I received the $99 charge. I’ve tried cancelling several times and I have received no confirmation or money back. Can someone please assist me?
