Charged for a cancelled subscription.

    Last Year I cancelled my domain and subscription, but was charged again last week for a domain fee.

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and found that you canceled the WordPress.com Business plan, not the domain. The domain bleachedcleaningco.com is still registered, and you can see it goes to your WordPress.com site when you visit it. Because the domain was still active with auto-renewal turned on, it was renewed automatically for another year.

    We send renewal reminders via email prior to the renewal. Please check if they went to your spam folder.

    It looks like the domain’s auto-renewal is turned off right now, so it will expire next year. Please note that when the domain expires, it will be more expensive to get back after a while, and someone else may register and use it in the future.
