Charged for a free site

    Good day. I am on the FREE WordPress website option, but it is now not allowing me to share a blog to Facebook, as it says there is an outstanding account and tries to take me to pay for something that I don’t want. When I am working on my website, it clearly says it’s the free option, which I have had for a few years without any problems 9and have always been able to share to FB. Please assist.

    It sounds like a new update might have affected you in this way. Have you accepted any software updates on WordPress since the last time you were able to share on FB? The WordPress admin might have made updates so that WordPress users can’t share their blog on Facebook without paying. It’s possible that they might have even updated their privacy policy. Let me know if this helped. If not, I can give you a different answer.
