Charged for a site

Hi. This has been an ongoing problem. I was charged for a site. When I log in there is no site or billing or anything. Can you please correct this problem. I canceled my site well over a year ago.

You can check in your manage purchases that what your site is charged for . Here is the support document for the same:

It seems like you are probably signed in to a different account from the one that owns the site and upgrades which you’re asking about.
There aren’t any upgrades associated with the account you’re using to post here.
Please let me know the site in question here so I can take a look at that.

SO I have had this same issue for over a year now. No one can get me into my old site Chronicles of a SAHM. In fact, I requested to cancel the subscription to this site over a year ago, and start my new one. I am very frustrated and locked out of Chronicles. Its something I have just given up on. I’d like to get into that and stop the subscription.
