Charged for an account I did not renew

  I stopped using WordPress almost a year ago. I remapped my domain through GoDaddy and another website. I never gave WordPress permission to renew my account. If there was some box checked or something saying “renew automatically”, I was unaware of it, and should have at least received a warning. As I am not using this account, I would like the account fully deleted so this doesn’t happen again, and I’d like a refund.
