Charged for an account that I have cancelled

  Hi, I cancelled the billing on this account last year, but have just been charged for its renewal, please can you confirm how I can arrange a refund?

  Hi @ camdenwelcomesrefugees, thanks for getting in touch. It looks like most of this was refunded automatically. Since you cancelled the domain as well, I’ve refunded that portion, too. You’ll just want to give that some time to show on your statements.
