  I would like a refund on an automatic domain mapping charge (I did not approve the charge). Is there any way to do this?

  I am not seeing any upgrades associated with the account you are posting from. You will need to access the account that owns the upgrade in order to request a refund.

  Could you have ended up with a second WordPress.com account somehow?

  Once you find the right account, you need to turn off the Auto Renew to prevent charges in the future – you left Auto Renew enabled and that is why the charges were authorized & why you were charged
