Charged for FREE service?

My account shows a free account, I don’t see anything to cancel and though I have no credit cards saved, my PayPal account was charged.

Did you purchase an upgrade for some other site. Perhaps https://wanderlustunitedstates.wordpress.com/ which is under a different account.

I’ve double checked and there are not any upgrades or charges associated with the account you’ve used to contact us. That is the wanderlustunitedstates156896625 user account.
When we process any charge an automatic receipt is sent through an email notification. Did you receive that? A site will be listed in connection to the charge, let me know which site you were charged for.
Also, try signing in to WordPress.com with the email address where that receipt was delivered.

To me it looks like both of the Wanderlust accounts are the same. I think I created this blog page with a different email address that I no longer have access to. That may be why I wasn’t notified of the charge until just before it was charged to my account when I received the notification from PayPal to the email I use all of the time. When I look at the WordPress blog page and web page, therella1151, they both look like free accounts.Thank you for any help you can provide.

http://wpchrg.comand it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
